The customer staff member, Jonathan, was so polite. When told I am a disabled Vet with back injuries needed help, he summoned Jimmy, a staff member working the floor.
To busy on their phones and getting directly in my path while I'm pushing lumber to the parking lot and they had no problem slowing me down or making me go around them and didn't ask if I needed help as a courtesy.
Home Depot itself was great, the young boys working by the contractor exit not so great.
Jimmy was so professional with PRIDE for his job, took my list with 28 2x6sx12, 8 sheets Heavy 4x8 hardi plank , and much more, and loaded a cart, went to checkout and he and another staff member even loaded my truck..Almost closing time, I was treated as a valued customer.
I purchased 3 utility shelving units for home delivery because I knew I couldn't lift them to get from my car into the house. I went online to check the arrival date to find out it was down for store pickup. CS tells me if I want it delivered to my home, I have to pay an additional $100! I pay $193 for shelves and $100 for delivery? I would never have placed the order had I known this would happen. On top of that, I don't have the product but they already have my money. I'm too old and not strong enough to handle them on my own. Home Depot has lost a customer. It's Lowes and Amazon for me from not on.

Easy shopping, but they needed more folks in service & return today. One person did get it. Was too busy. Other than that, no issues.
