Why call it a parts store if you don't carry individual mower parts?
The new owner has really improved staff service . It is small enough to get personalized service, yet can still provide big box store variety, best of both worlds. My goto store for its convenience.
I called to get a price check on an item and an employee by the name of "Nathan" who answered was very rude wouldn't let me talk and quickly escalated the conversation when I asked to speak to a manager, he hung up on me, not once but twice. Horrible customer service, no wonder they get no business in there.
Terrible customer service. Wound up cancelling order because after 7 or 8 calls I only got 2 callbacks. I wish I could say differently, Sears products are great but bad customer service ruined it for me.
