I've been to many other stores where they did a great job and fit the company culture much better.
I've shopped here 10-15 times and the managers are pretty rude. Not impressed.
I went to HFT to get a tire changer with motorcycle tire attachment. i specifically asked for 69686, as i read on a user forum the other model 62317 has different threads at the mounting point and the motorcycle tire changer 60810 wont screw down. The girl in the store assured me there was no difference. She was wrong. Because i bought it near closing time i couldnt check it in parking lot as planned. Now i have to drive 30 miles back over there because they don't train their people. Idiots. So now i get to waste a saturday morning dealing with their misinformation.
Unimpressed with most of the staff here.
Just left harbor freight was checked out by AMBER advises her that we had left items with the other cashier as she went to get them she left one behind I let her kniw she left one behind and rudely responded " I know I can't grab everything at once ! " I then replied I was only letting you know. .. If you don't like your job find another!
Girls up at the front registers are really nice for the most part (there is one girl that is pretty rude, can't remember her name)
This Harbor Freight is in a great location has great deal on tools especially batteries. Love it
Very good low price tool store with great sales! The quality is good for the price. I recommend this store for home tools!
