Worst experience ever. They sold a guinea pig to my 17 year old 4 days ago without an adult with her. They sold her a guinea pig with obvious ring worms. Today I had to have it seen by a vet. The "manager" of pet smart told me that they would take care of the bill. After the guinea pig was seen the "manager" on duty decided he was going to fight paying the bill. In the end I had to sign new paperwork for the guinea pig, and pet smart had to pay the bill. We were also informed during this horrible day by Hector the "manager" that they only sell healthy animals, but adopt out unhealthy animals. Since when is any of this pet smart policy? Surely this is not OK!
