They are twice as expensive in comparison to my dogs normal vet. They did not have good manners or seem to care about my dog they way I would have liked. Disappointing and overpriced!!

Had to take my dog in because he was attacked from behind by another dog( who would have guessed the other dog was a pit bull) Staff seemed like they cared about my dogs welfare Got us in quick and the doc spoke in terms easily understandable. Price was high but I got a visit and three prescriptions of medicine for right under $200.

For one, I wish I could give zero stars. For two, the lady at the front desk was very inconsiderate, and unprofessional. The veterinarian did not seem too experienced, and nonetheless, masked the pet's symptoms instead of fixing the problem. She didn't even bother to find an answer as to what was wrong, and just said that the pet's exam looked good. Obviously not the case, which is why the pet was taken in to the EMERGENCY vet in the first place. I have now had not one bad experience here, but two. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE WHO CARES ABOUT THEIR PETS, BECAUSE THIS PLACE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT YOUR MONEY.

In my opinion that’s well worth the welfare of my friend.

We took our bulldog in today for a high respiratory rate. EVERYONE of the staff members were great. Amanda, the receptionist, was courteous and showed great care for our girl. The vet tech (sorry I didn't get his name), kept us informed to how our girl was doing and what he and the vet had done. Dr. Guerra was beyond professional! She spent as much time as we needed from her AND treated our girl conservatively allowing us to choose how much we really NEEDED to spend on her treatment and what really could be done at her regular vet the next day..saving us a lot of money. Highly recommend!!!

My dog was attacked by the neighbor's dog. He had pulled her under two fences into his dog pen. She lay there all day with several open wounds while I searched the neighborhood for her. The owner found her when he got home from work and carried her over. We immediately put her in the car and headed to the only place I knew was open at that hour, Blue Pearl. The staff was amazing. She was taken back immediately. I waited about an hour while they evaluated her with x-rays, blood tests, etc. While I waited, I visited with the receptionist who was very nice. After visiting with the veterinarian, I was able to go back and sit with my dog for a while since she would be staying the night. The technician had cleaned her up since she had been covered with mud. I picked her up the next morning and took her to my regular veterinarian who told me I had done the best thing for my dog by taking her to Blue Pearl because she had been monitored throughout the night. Her records were emailed to him the first thing that morning. She is still recovering after two surgeries and three weeks of daily bandage changes but she is also alive and will thrive because of the emergency treatment she received at Blue Pearl.
