We went to the clinic for the first time today, the staff was every bit of Awesome. I appreciated that the Vet was personable and thorough with my Dog. The vet tech was so sweet,they both spoke to us on a personable level and didn't try to talk us into a nickle and dime show. Very up front and gave us options for our furbaby that we're reasonable; let alone respected us to have privacy to figure out what we wanted to do from the options that we're given. We Would Definitely Recommend this Vet Team. Thank you for the great experience.
We love Dr Fowler and her team. They always have our pets best interest in mind and I can tell they love and treat my pets the same way I do! The staff is very professional and always give a follow up call to make sure our pets are doing okay.
I have always loved the Staff. However the new receptionist in the main entrance is not as friendly as the others which is kind of a disappointment. We love Lisa and she does a great job with the boys.
I drive over the road semi and I needed to get my American Hairless Terrier her influenza vaccinations. They where more than accommodating on getting us in and in a timely manner. Very professional and friendly! ! THANK you again from Bella, Washington State
Id put zero stars if I could. I was anxious about boarding my pet for a full week while I’m in Mexico next month- even was losing sleep over it. My whole family comes here and recommended it. I brought my dog here today for a trial run and even booked the full week next month for boarding figuring it would go well. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I walk in, front desk doesn’t know what’s going on, doesn’t even look at me or greet me. Instead, hollers at another girl “come check in this person” so rude and I was already feeling anxious this doesn’t help. Then I got a rushed tour and my dog was just put in his standard cage immediately without me even petting him or hardly time to even get his toys out. Then I was given a payment sheet and seriously they charge $7 a day addition to “cuddle your pet” and 3.00 a day to add a scoop of peanut butter in a kong. I kept him there 3 hours which I shouldn’t even have done that. Asked how he went and the girl actually said, “I don’t know”...... I’m in shock and will tel my family to never come here again either. I of course cancelled my 1 week boarding next month. They don’t care about the pets, they care about the money and have absolutely no customer service.
