Just called and already I am not impressed. I simply asked for their availability on a certain upcoming weekend and rates. The exact answer I got was, "I'm sorry, I'm not going to be able to help you". Uuuum, are you saying you don't have availability or you are not the right person to take a reservation? You may want to work on your customer service skillz. They go a long way as far as making your business more desirable to us simple city folk.
