I was moving from Virginia to Texas about two months ago. Unsure of how to find a house to rent, I googled (like we all do these days) real estate offices in New Braunfels Texas. I came upon Red Mansions Realty, and contacted Ted. Within a few hours of leaving a message he had called me back and we began to discuss what I was looking for exactly. In less than a day he had sent me several listings that were in my price range, and was not being pushy like most Realtors I have dealt with in my life. Through a series of phone calls and emails my wife and I were able to find a place we really wanted to rent and applied. I had never seen the house till I arrived in Texas a week later. The only person that had, was Ted, and he had not lied about how nice it was.

He was so accommodating and helpful to us in our situation, it being a long distance sight unseen rental, that he has won a customer for life.
