Pizza was okay. Waited for it for over an hour and 20 minutes though the time I was given was 35-43 min. By the time I got my pizza it was NOT hot...it was warm.

The Shift supervisor Brendan or Brandon is a horrible unprofessional and rude supervisor, doesn't own up to his mistakes and stated the customer was wrong after he messed up our order!!! Continuously denying his mistakes and stated if we wanted our pizza we needed to pay for another one, we definitely will not be doing business with this papa Johns ever again unless until this guy gets fired which he needs it . You will reap what you sow. Clayton the driver very professional and sweet he deserves to have the positon of Shift Supervisor.
The app couldn't find my address forcing me to call the local store which was fine with me, BUT when I called the phone rang for 3 minutes with no answer. Thinking I had the wrong number I looked it up again, yes I had the right number. I called back and got an answer with "please hold", I WAS ON HOLD FOR 5 MINUTES AND 15 SECONDS, before I hung up and ordered dominos. Extremely unacceptable!!!!! Very disappointed in this papa johns store.
Pizza was not cooked thoroughly. Raw dough, also was improperly constructed. The ingredients are weak. My cheese sticks are almost inedible. I asked for buffalo sauce and received regular pizza sauce. We place the order in the garbage.
