We made our appt, also waited two weeks and drove an hour to get there. Even though no one was around, it felt like we were interrupting Dorothy at the desk. I wouldn't go as far to say she was rude, but there certainly wasn't any courtesy coming our way. Mike however, was nice, sympathetic, positive, supportive and encouraging when he handed over a plastic bag full of our pet's ashes. We were a little put off when we had to navigate around construction material to get to the pet cemetery.

Aside from the obvious despondent nature of the visit, the overall experience wasn't good. This isn't the type of service you can just re-do somewhere else if it didn't go well the first time. While I hope not to have to be in this situation again, if I find myself in need of similar service, I will probably not be using Paws in Heaven.

Thank you so much for the incredible job you all did with the cremation of my 14 year old baby. I opened the box and it was such a beautiful cedar box. Well done. And the card and the seeds, and added touch. You must be so proud to do a job such as this. It shows in the work you do. Thank you Thank you.

Can't say anything negative about them. We just lost our rescue cat of only 2 years old to FIP and he was the most unusually loving cat I have ever had the blessing of knowing. It absolutely broke mine and my wife and son's heart to lose "Butters", but our neighbor/friend suggested/arranged and paid for his cremation and we couldn't be more pleased with the care they took and the sympathy they showed. When we picked up his ashes, there were personal handwritten notes to accompany the urn containing his earthly remains. Tom greeted us in the office and listened and spoke with us for a while whilst we reminisced and remembered the good times with our beloved baby. Although it is not our friend and child we got back, it felt good to have the earthly remains of Butters back home with us. They are very caring and very professional at PIH. We currently have three other babies and will definitely be employing their services again when the dreaded time comes to say "see you later" to them.

I had the worst experience here. From start to finish. Not only was I dragged around, but the women at the front counter was rude and unprofessional. When I called with a question about the size of an urn I liked, I was told to leave my number and she would call back...which never happened. I had to constantly call just to get a few words out of her. When your loved pet dies suddenly and you choose to cremate it, having a women with a bad attitude is the last thing you want to deal with during such a sad time. I had ordered an expensive urn for my pet and then when I realized it wasn't the correct size, I had it cancled and told them I just wanted the ashes returned. I called the women at paws in hevan and my vet just to make sure there was no confusion. And almost a week later they charge me for the expensive urn. I call back and the women tells me she will call me later. With no call back once again about an hour later I give a call just to make sure I can get refunded the money for the urn I cancled and she tells me she will have to look it over and discuss it with her boss??¿¿ When I tell her I cancled my order a week earlier, it wasn't the right size. She snaps we will refund you and hangs up on me. This has just been such a heart renching experience all around, I just want my pets ashes back. That's all. I do not recommend this place. She claims she is going to refund me but by the way she hung up on me I'm not sure if she will, and I haven't even recived my pets ashes back yet which I feel is making this worse.
