This company moved my mother from New Braunfels to Austin a few weeks ago and we were VERY pleased with the service. We absolutely have no complaints. Three men showed up and each introduced themselves to us and were very polite. They had everything loaded on the truck in 1 hour. They wasted no time and drove straight to Round Rock and had her unloaded, bed set up, etc. in just one hour. I would definitely use them again if I needed a moving company and would recommend them as well.

This week would have marked the 4th time I have used Hitzfelder Moving personally, and have referred countless friends, family, and customers to use them as well. I have never had any reservations about sending someone to Gene, Rachel and their TEAM to handle a move. This time we had some closing issues with the buyer as well as the new home we were moving into. We had to do a partial move and then a follow up the day before closing because of the delay to remove the remainder. Hitzfelder Moving was able to accommodate and make it work for us. They really helped take the stress out of the situation. My wife and I will never call another company should we need to move again, and will continue to recommend them because they treat you like family.
