I went in today with three watches that needed batteries and link adjustments. The young lady who greeted me was very attentive and nice. I didn't go in to buy a $3000 dollar ring but I was treated like a valuable customer. I will defenitly shop here when the time comes for "the diamond".
Went in to look at men's wedding bands/rings, which they did not have displayed clearly from the women's jewelry. The security officer noticed me, but that was it. Nobody greeted me, which is acceptable if they are busy. However, none of the employees even said a word, looked in my direction, or seemed to care that I was a potential customer. I could have been there to buy an expensive item, but they never would have known. So, I just walked out.
A mistake was made when adding gold to my wife's wedding rings. We were gonna use some of our own gold, and asked them.to hold the rings... They accidentally used their own gold instead of ours... to make the situation right they went above and beyond by making the whole thing free of charge the gold, and the work... Police "friendly" and Military "friendly". If you don't know much about metals and rocks they will sit down with you and provide you all the info you need. I saw the ring I wanted to purchase for my fiance and they gave me a great price. I couldn't find a price like this anywhere I looked.
