Impossible to get through to the claims department. Haven't heard anything from anyone at the company concerning a claim I filed through my insurance agent 2 weeks ago.
Worst insurance company around. Filed hail damage claim over 3 weeks ago. Adjuster came out and took pics two weeks ago. Been sitting on adjusters supervisors desk every since. Customer service sent email requesting info on the hold up, and received no response back. She also informed me that once it gets approved, it takes another week for them to issue a check. Meanwhile all my neighbors have received payment for their damages, through other insurance companies. On top of that a second hail storm came through two weeks later and hit area north of us. My family members are already getting their checks for the second storm.
I did an insurance claim a few weeks ago and their adjuster was dressed very sloppy and didn't even introduce himself. When he climbed on my roof, it seemed as if he was about to fall thru because of the water damage. I asked him if it has water damage, which was obvious, but he claimed that it had 1/4 inch decking. I asked if I could remove the drip edge on it to check and he refused on allowing me while he was there. I then waited until he left and saw that it was 1/2 plywood. Now they refuse to replaced damaged decking. These guys are clearly a bunch of crooks. I called this morning to get some questions answered about my claim, and they couldn't answer a simple question. They were making all kinds of excuses but never answered my question. At one moment they put me on hold to figure out how they were going to answer my question with another question, I just laughed and told them to just answer my question and she just panicked and said I don't understand. Their representative is clearly dumb. I will never deal with them again. DON'T LET THESE GUYS TAKE YOUR MONEY.
Unresponsive and rude. Steer clear.
