My experience was great. My son had a leg wound and I carried him in. They saw that our need was rather urgent and got us back to a room in front of someone with a non-emergence issue. They allowed me to complete paperwork while they tended to my son. The attending PA "Leon" was very kind and had a terrific bedside manner with my 5 year-old son. I was not billed while there, so I am unsure of price but they said they would bill my insurance first.
Brought my son here to be seen and Cluadia is so rude. I've been here for a hour and she has told 3 pts to go to the ER because she don't want to deal with them. I want into the room and the radio is turned up loud with music a office with childern shouldn't be listening to. Doctor Julian and his MA we're very funny and sweet.
Was visiting from California and my daughter had a UTI. I didn't know what to do or where to go. Called MedPost and they were so helpful and made sure my insurance would be accepted. Made an appointment and was seen promptly. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The doctor was great! Answered all of our questions and was able to get my daughter the treatment needed. This was my first out-of-state experience with an urgent care & I was very impressed.
Staff & PA were amazing. Very friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend this office.
The best treatment ever! No waiting this past Sunday morning. I was seen within 15 minutes, had CT scan, blood work and urinalysis done, was given a diagnosis and prescriptions for meds and was released within 2 hours. I got two follow up calls the next day to see how I was feeling and one girl even made my follow up appointment with my doctor for me. Excellent facility and staff.
