Great selection! Kitrina was awesome and very patient. Be sure to ask for her if you visit the store! Also, I loved how the store's sales team allows you to shop without feeling like you are in an aggressive sales environment. Be sure to check this place out before the holidays!
So how can a customer purchase the "any" sale price if the store does not have the foundation to go with the mattress? Why should the customer have to spend twice as much by upgrading to an adjustable base? Because that is the only thing the store has. The customer can also purchase and spend more money through buying the foundation from the showroom floor. What is being advertised in-store is not exactly what the customer is getting. The store is unable to follow through on the "any" deal. It is easy to believe by reading the sign you are getting a wonderful sale offering only to find out that it really doesn't quite exist the way the sign reads. I'm not an expert but it seems like false or misleading advertising. As a customer I believe what stores advertise; this is the first time I have had this situation where there is nothing really available to rectify the lack of getting "any mattress and foundation" for what is advertised. Why continue to have these contradictory signs posted throughout the store?
We shopped around the store for several hours trying to decide what was right for us. we had an amazing lady that worked here named Kitrina Moore help us she was so awesome friendly and helpful. She made shopping here less stressful and navigating their selection very easy. 5 starts and would definitely come back and recommend.
I came in with my parents. My Dad uses a wheelchair, and was helped getting in and out of the car by two wonderful young men, Logan and Lewis. The store had wonderful merchandise, and decent prices, but it was the customer service that truly made the experience an outstanding one. I would highly recommend Ashley's Furniture to anyone looking for new furniture.
We had an amazing experience at this Ashley store. Solomon was so friendly and helpful and the prices were great for the quality. We couldn’t be more excited about our couch and would highly recommend this store!
I visited Ashley Furniture in New Braunfels for the very first time Sunday. Jessica, Alvin, Luis, and Logan were great! I know there isn't anything they can do. According to the signs posted everywhere throughout the store you can purchase "any" mattress and foundation for one price. NOT SO. The store does not have any foundations in stock and there aren't any available in their warehouse.
