I had purchased some shirts that were on sale on Sunday. I came back today Tueaday as my husband fell in loved with them and both he and my son wanted some more. The price was bump up from $9.99 to $12.99. I ask the cashier why and her response was I dont know. I ask her to call the manager so I could see if she could be of more help. She calls the manager in which the young lady body language changed to I hate my life for having to deal with this manger on the phone. The manager ask her to convey to us that is the new price so deal with it. Angry at the sitaution I left the shirts on the counter and walk out the store. I will boycott Belk and make sure everyone knows how rude these employees are including upper management.
Fabulous deals in clothing. Great clearence racks. Ive gotten shirts for a dollar. Shorts for five dollars. Clean restrooms. No maternity section though.
My first visit and I will definitely be back! Clothing is great and the staff are awesome.
This is always a pleasant place to shop. I love that they have all the larger sizes mixed with the "normal" sizes so I can shop for all kinds of looks without having to go to a special section. The store is always clean, and the employees are mostly very helpful and polite. My only negative is pricing, but there are thankfully coupons available most of the time.
I love belks they are great at helping at all of my visits their sales people are super nice
