I've never been here. I have a mustang convertible, and as most people know, they leak! Can y'all wrap my convertible top and windows so they won't leak?
Overall, decent service. If you’re a regular, they guys will take care of you and keep your vehicle nice. If you bring in a particularly dirty vehicle, however, they’ll just wipe it down and send you on your way, dirt and grime and all.
Awesome carwash!!!! I was donating my vehicle to the Crisis Center and wanted it cleaned before I dropped it off. I called the Assistant Manager – Damian and asked if he would offer me a discount since I was donating the car in his neighborhood – He agreed. When I did bring it in Damian was not there but the Owner Benny still honored the deal. What an amazing job they did. They thoroughly cleaned the SUV and even cleaned all 3 rows of seats and under the seats and mats. It looked awesome!!!!! Benny was such a humble, personable gentleman and his work ethic and values resonated. Thank you Papa’s car wash for your great service and amazing job.
Great place to get a car wash. Always friendly. Wait can be a little long at times but not extreme.
I used a coupon and got a great deal on a full service wash. The staff did a great job on both the inside and outside. I forgot I had a cargo rack attached to the back of my car. The staff removed it and reinstalled the rack for me.
Also, it’s the beginning of the month and I am moving. I forgot to cancel my membership and was billed for the new month. I have not and will not wash my vehicle in September, but the owners themselves refused to refund the charge for the month because of a 7-day cancellation policy. I understand it was in the contract, but it’s a lame move for a long standing customer.
