Very upset. Called and asked if they had a 26" 3.0 tube with regular stem, was assured that they did. Told me he had 4 in stock,so I had some one drop me and bike off there. THEY DID NOT HAVE THE TUBE I ASKED FOR. I was stuck there. Guy sold me a tube that was smaller but I had to take it because I had no ride home to t.v. park on York rd. Small tube failed and had to hide bike and hitchhike home. Place had no regard for my safety. Lied to me and sold me an unsafe product. ALL HE CARED ABOUT WAS MAKING A SELL.
A Full service bike shop with really poor customer service. I was unhappy with my experience and will not recommend this bike shop.
I took my bike in one morning for shifter repairs while on vacation. It was repaired by that afternoon and only cost a fraction of the price quoted by other bike shops.

I had a less expensive bike, they put on parts and when I had other issue i brought them the bike back and they found what was wrong and fixed it for free
