Mari is awesome. I've always been particular about my hair and my stylist and Mari just gets it. I've been to Allen B. 3 times now and my blonde turns out awesome. Referred several people to her as well!
My wife and I have both attempted to use their services. Coincidentally enough, and on separate occasions, we were told our appointments had been delayed after arriving. I'm not talking 5 minutes, more like half hour to an hour. When you are paying a babysitter it is a big deal. I was sitting in the salon (10 minutes past my appt time) before I was notified that the girl would not be there. After expressing my frustration, I was simply given a weak apology. Usually, businesses give you some incentive to come back after horrible service. Not here though.
