Great people. Terrible location. Bank Of America cannot service its customers in NB out of this one location. Move to more central location or add another branch long over due.

Nice place but the location is terribly inconvenient. New Braunfels has 60k population the existing location for many years was moved even farther away to the extreme far west side of the city. And I don't know if there are plans to build a new branch anywhere else. Also, there are no other Bank of America ATMs in the area except at the branch.
Friendly and helpful staff. Three drive through ATM's, two of those have remote tellers to assist. No drive through inside tellers, though. Drive through lanes are a tight squeeze for a full size pickup truck. I wouldn't try it with duallies.
I pulled into the parking lot at 3:59 today (11/15) and was at the door at 4:00. The people (that obviously thought it was funny that the door was locked) turned away from the locked door and did not help. This is VERY POOR customer service!
